This is highly dependent on the course duration. All Group courses will be available for (x period).
For example, once you subscribe your employees to a course, they will be able to know the number of days remaining for the course to expire and will also be notified about course expiration.
You can add upto 10 people to a group.
There are times when you want to go beyond the boundary and purchase a course for more than 1 person. This is where “Buy for Group” comes in. You can purchase a single course for a Group which can take upto 10 people. This will reduce the amount you would have spent if you are buying the course for individuals. Buying for a group means everyone in that group will have access to the course at a go.
Yes, that’s the goal. Everyone will have the same access to the course from their respective dashboard. This makes it easier to monitor their progress.
As the “Super Admin”, you can monitor the progress of each individual added to a group from the dashboard by going to GROUPS. This is where you will be able to see all the groups created, edit or even cancel an exisiting group.
This is very possible. You can add or remove any employee as long as you still have the admin role for that group.
No, you do not need to.
Every user can access their digital certificates by visiting the MY CERTIFICATE section of their dashboard. They can download the same anytime they wish to.
Yes. Users can download the course materials for each lesson in PDF format. This will boost the offline learning mode.
Course materials are released sequentially. Every user will have access to the downloadable documents. They will also receive an email when a lesson is available for learning.
Certainly yes. You can buy a single course for as many groups as possible. You can assign the course to the specific group that you already created. A group comprises a maximum of 10 users. This means you can create another group and buy the same course for the new group.
No limit. You can create as many groups as possible.
Yes, you can completely transfer your Admin status to another user. This will be helpful if a new or an existing user (employee) is taking over from another user (employee).
You start learning as soon as you subscribe for the course. The time you subscribe determines the time the learning starts.
